Requirements
- Cosmetology or barber license (or close to completion).
- Someone ready for a better environment.
- Positive, team-oriented mindset.
- Motivation to stay busy and grow.
Responsibilities
- Focus on cutting and earning due to consistent traffic.
- Build speed, confidence, and consistency behind the chair through ongoing training.
