Requirements
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Experience in phone etiquette.
- A friendly, professional demeanor.
- Professional dress and fashion focused appeal.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English in order to provide guest consultations, complete documentation, and participate in training programs.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service or receptionist experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments with excellence
- Organize the salon’s front desk and support daily operations
- Assist with retail sales and inventory
- Support stylists to ensure smooth client flow, including cleaning, organizing, and providing a excellent atmosphere
