About The Position

Blown Away By U LLC, a Great Clips franchisee with six locations in the Indianapolis market, is hiring a Salon Manager. This hands-on leadership role combines coaching and developing stylists, managing day-to-day salon operations, and providing haircuts according to salon needs. Managers divide their time between administrative work and serving customers, with the balance varying by location.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology and/or barber license; requirements vary by state or province.
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others develop their skills and confidence.
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to motivate, develop, and support a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage daily salon operations.
• Comfort with technology and salon tools, including scheduling systems, metrics, and reports.
• Goal-oriented mindset focused on team performance and customer experience.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
