Drybar Cosmetologist, you will enjoy the following enticing perks: Hourly wages, tips and bonuses to exceed $25 to $35 per hour. Commissions on retail, braids, updos, extensions, & add-on services. Requirements
- A current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying.
- Amazing hair styling and finishing skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Strong communication skills.
- A strong drive and intrinsic motivation to succeed.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to a dynamic team environment.
- Currently attending cosmetology school (must have a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist).
Responsibilities
- Perform blowouts, braids, and updos.
- Sell retail products.
- Provide extensions and add-on services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate effectively with the team.
