About The Position
This role is for a Hadoop Developer/Data Engineer in Charlotte, NC. The position is hybrid and the pay rate is $73/Hr on W2.
Requirements
- Strong relational database knowledge
- Understanding of relational database vs big data concepts
- Python Experience
- Spark & Spark SQL Experience
- Unix & Shell Scripting Experience
- Hadoop Experience - MapR (Hortonworks/Cloudera in addition preferred)
Nice To Haves
- Containerization tools nice to have (OpenShift/Kubernetes)
- Cloud Experience nice to have (GCP, AWS, etc.)
- S3 experience nice to have
