Position Overview: The HACCP Coordinator is expected to lead the organization’s effort to develop its HACCP plan and to develop, implement, and maintain a HACCP system. The HACCP Coordinator will also be responsible for managing FSIS/USDA regulatory requirements, ensuring that the plants adhere to the food safety protocols required to maintain certifications and meet government regulations and customer specification.
