About The Position

Praxis Health is seeking a Gynecology Medical Assistant (MA) to join their dynamic women’s health clinic. This role offers a four-day work week and hands-on involvement in patient care, providing an opportunity to grow skills and build strong connections with patients and providers. Requirements

• High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
• Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, NCMA, etc.)
• Current BLS certification
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A calm, compassionate demeanor when working with sensitive issues
• Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced setting
• Team player who thrives in a supportive, high-functioning care team

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of experience in OB/GYN or Women’s Health

Responsibilities

• Assist providers during exams and minor in-office procedures
• Prepare patients and exam rooms with professionalism and compassion
• Document vital signs and medical history in EMR
• Educate patients and provide clear post-procedure instructions
• Maintain sterile environments and manage instrument care
• Coordinate lab work, follow-ups, and referrals with accuracy and care
