About The Position

Community Care Physicians is seeking a Gynecologist/Gynecologic Surgeon to join their collaborative team at Capital Region Women’s Care. This practice is dedicated to improving women’s health through advanced, compassionate, and minimally invasive care, fostering an environment of teamwork, education, and innovation. They offer a supportive culture, work-life balance with routine office hours (no evenings or weekends), and prioritize OR time for surgeons.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Completion of Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Medicine (MD).
• Completion of an accredited internship and residency.
• Active license to practice medicine in NYS.
• Currently board certified by an American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) Member Board or an approved American Osteopathic Association (AOA) specialty board.
• Upcoming new graduates will still be considered in a board eligible status.
• Strong commitment to advancing women’s health and delivering patient-centered care.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and eager to contribute to an innovative environment.

Nice To Haves

• Fellowship-trained (or equivalent experience) in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-office procedures such as LEEPs, endometrial ablations, D&Cs, hysteroscopies, biopsies, IUD placements, and cryosurgery.
• Provide comprehensive gynecologic care, including preventive and diagnostic women’s health services.
• Utilize advanced minimally invasive gynecologic surgery with robotic assistance.
• Collaborate with a team focused on continuous learning and staying at the forefront of research and techniques in women’s health.
