About The Position
The Gynecological Teaching Associate provides standardized, high-quality medical education in the Department of Simulation under the supervision of clinical education. This role involves teaching clinical breast and pelvic examinations to medical students, residents, APPs, and other healthcare learners using their own bodies. The Gynecological Teaching Associate instructs on physical examination techniques, patient-centered communication, and provides feedback to learners in a supportive environment for skill development and practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Gynecological Teaching Associate.
Responsibilities
- Teaches the breast and pelvic examination to medical students, residents, nurses, and healthcare learners.
- Able to accurately assess learner performance of clinical skills related to the breast and pelvic examination.
- Provides feedback to learners.
- Flexible and reliable with scheduling and assignments.
- Exercises discretion and ensures a high level of confidentiality with learners.
- Willingness to work cooperatively with learners, educators, and staff.
- Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position.
