Gynecologic Oncology Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner
About The Position
Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner for gynecologic oncology, primarily in the outpatient office. This is an opportunity to join a specialized team caring for women battling gyn-related cancers. The hours are Monday – Friday 8-5, with minimal weekend, holiday, and call responsibilities. The Cancer Institute values collaboration among its clinicians, including a multidisciplinary care team comprising surgical oncology, medical oncology, and radiation oncology. LVHN offers access to advanced medical techniques, technologies, and the latest clinical trials. The network is recognized by The American College of Radiology® as a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence and an accredited Lung Cancer Screening Center.
Requirements
- Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified.
- A current PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required.
Nice To Haves
- American Society of Breast Surgeons certification will be encouraged after hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for women battling gynecologic cancers in an outpatient office setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including surgical oncology, medical oncology, and radiation oncology.
- Utilize advanced medical techniques and technologies.
- Participate in the second opinion service for personalized cancer care.
- Contribute to a collaborative clinic team approach to cancer care.
