The program includes gynecologic oncology, medical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, radiology, dedicated nursing and navigation, operating room access, infusion capacity, tumor-board infrastructure, advanced practice clinicians, and clinical support staff. The role also contributes to quality review and protocol adherence, and trains residents, fellows, or advanced practice clinicians.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new and established patients and provide diagnoses and treatment plans within program access standards.
  • Perform indicated gynecologic cancer surgery, including complex pelvic and cytoreductive cases, with results meeting or exceeding peer benchmarks for complications, margins, and recovery.
