About The Position

The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Gymnastics Instructors. This role involves teaching children aged 4 months to 12 years in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. The position focuses on using a unique curriculum and teaching method to help children develop confidence and skills through movement-based learning and imaginative play. Instructors are expected to provide outstanding customer service and create a positive, educational atmosphere for children and their parents.

Requirements

Love having fun, giving high 5’s, and can play like a child.

Responsibilities

Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.
Teach classes based on The Little Gym's curriculum and teaching method.
Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children in each class.
Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – every week.
