Our programs combine age-based curriculum with gymnastics to create an engaging experience that promotes individual growth, coordination, and athletic development—both for kids and parents. We are seeking energetic and passionate individuals with experience in gymnastics, dance, and/or cheer. This fun and rewarding position is available both part-time and full-time hours. With more than 300 locations across the globe, The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for kids 4 months through 12 years. For over four decades, The Little Gym has helped millions of kids experience the thrill of achievement, develop new skills, and find new confidence through a variety of gymnastics-based programs. Parent/Child, Pre-K, and Grade School classes are all taught in a clean, fun, safe, and nurturing environment, which encourages children to develop at their own pace. Requirements

Ability to demonstrate skills on gym equipment, lift, and spot children of all sizes.
Athleticism, flexibility, agility, and strength are a must.
A positive, team-oriented mindset—we’re willing to train the right candidates!

Nice To Haves

Gymnastics experience is a huge plus!
Experience performing and teaching experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

Overseeing a variety of programs to uphold the extremely high gold standards set by The Little Gym International.
Oversee gymnastics training and evaluating fellow team members to ensure excellence.
Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching methods.
Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
