About The Position

The Gymnastic Equipment Personnel Manager supports the Gymnastics Program at Lehi Legacy Center. This role oversees equipment operations, manages a team of Equipment Personnel, ensures safety procedures are followed, and coordinates hiring and scheduling.

Requirements

  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with part‑time staff

Nice To Haves

  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Recreation or gymnastics experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and supervise Equipment Personnel
  • Manage staff schedules (set‑up, take‑down, and weekend shifts)
  • Maintain equipment, safety procedures, and work logs
  • Coordinate onboarding with City HR (background checks, drug tests, paperwork)
  • Support staff morale and lead annual trainings
  • Attend required meetings and communicate updates to the team
