The Gymnastics Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering high-quality gymnastics programming for youth of all ages. This position oversees daily operations of recreational classes, competitive teams, and camps while ensuring a safe, positive, and engaging environment. With a focus on strong leadership, excellent instruction, and youth development principles, the Coordinator supports staff, guides athletes, and helps create memorable experiences for families and participants alike. This 25 hour a week position offers a generous benefits package that includes 10 days of vacation per year, 12 sick days per year (6 of which can be taken like vacation days), 12 paid holidays, 2 personal days, and the ability to earn an additional 2 days of PTO through our wellness program.
