About The Position

The Little Gym of San Jose South is seeking a responsive recruiter for a Gymnastics Coach position. This role involves introducing children to education and play within The Little Gym's unique learning environment. The coach will teach classes based on a proven curriculum, provide outstanding customer service, and create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children. The Little Gym is a premier enrichment and physical development center for children aged 4 months to 12 years, focusing on movement-based learning and imaginative play to build confidence and skills. With over 40 years of experience, The Little Gym nurtures happy, confident kids through various programs including gymnastics, dance, camps, and birthday parties. The company is part of a global team dedicated to child development. This specific role is with a franchisee, Somersault Operating, which has 30 locations across 8 states and plans for future expansion.

Requirements

Love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child!
Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps.
Live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.

Love to have fun, but you know when to buckle down and do work.

Responsibilities

Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play, all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.
Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the Children in each class.
Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY WEEK!
