About The Position

The Little Gym of Bellevue is seeking a fun, outgoing, and talented individual to join their team as a Gymnastics Coach. This role involves teaching children aged 4 months to 12 years in a unique learning environment that focuses on physical development, movement-based learning, and imaginative play. The goal is to help children build confidence and essential skills. The position offers a chance to make a difference in the community while having a blast in a fun-filled atmosphere. The company has a long history of nurturing happy, confident kids through various programs including parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, camps, and birthday parties. The Little Gym is a premier enrichment and physical development center with a global presence, and the specific location is independently owned and operated by the franchisee, Somersault Operating, which has 30 locations across 8 states and plans for future expansion.

Requirements

Love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child!
Live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
Love to have fun, but know when to buckle down and do work.

Responsibilities

Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.
Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class.
Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY WEEK!
