About The Position

We are seeking an energetic and dependable Gym Supervisor to oversee our Youth Basketball League on weekends. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys basketball, working with kids, and creating a positive environment for players, coaches, and families. As the onsite lead, you’ll handle gameday logistics, from setup and organization to refereeing and/or coaching as needed.

Requirements

• Reliable and dependable with a positive, professional attitude
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexible and willing to step into multiple roles (supervisor, referee, or coach)
• Must have reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children and knowledge of basketball rules preferred

Responsibilities

• Open and prepare the gym for games (equipment setup, manage digital scoreboard, etc.)
• Oversee onsite logistics and keep games running smoothly
• Referee, coach, or provide coverage as needed
• Serve as the onsite point of contact for parents, players, and coaches
• Enforce league rules and ensure a safe, fun environment
• Assist with light cleanup after games
