About The Position

AF is looking for responsible Gym Attendant Team Members to take care of their Health Clubs. This role involves carrying out cleaning, maintenance, and office duties with the goal of keeping gyms exceptionally clean, organized, and assisting members or prospective members at the club for sales/handling. The position requires a willingness to work at multiple locations, perform a variety of tasks beyond just front desk duties, and be available to work beyond the summer months. Compensation and hours will be based on experience, background, and availability.

Requirements

• Must have your own reliable car.
• Willing to work at multiple locations (at least 2 - Mount Kisco NY, Pleasantville NY, Elmsford NY, Yorktown Heights NY).
• Willing to work a variety of tasks (not a "front desk job").
• At least 18+ years of age.
• Able to work beyond the summer months (not a "summer job").
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Ideal for those certified in training.

Responsibilities

• Managing facility with top-notch cleaning and organizational skills.
• Exceptional customer service at the club (i.e. handling prospective members, members' needs, security etc.).
• Managing emails and/or daily ongoing marketing + communications.
• Sales of Membership and Personal Training.
• Clerical office work (i.e. CRM database, some filing, payment tracking/billing).
