About The Position
The Gutter Laborer will work with all Gutter Crew members to perform any and all daily tasks assigned. This role involves demoing gutters, soffit, and fascia, assisting other crew members, loading materials, cleaning up job sites, and keeping trucks and trailers organized. The position requires the ability to read and understand a tape measure.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift 80 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- No fear of heights
- Able to meet goals and Melvin Mills Roofing standards
- Undergo Melvin Mills Roofing installation training and willingness to follow installation guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Demo gutters, soffit and fascia
- Assist gutter crew members
- Load material for jobs
- Clean up job sites
