About The Position
Installed Building Products of Tulsa is looking for a Gutter Installer to join their team! This role involves accurately measuring building rooflines, cutting and installing gutters, hangers, brackets, and downspouts, ensuring proper drainage, and communicating professionally with customers. The installer will maintain a safe work area and follow company policies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a gutter installer
- Strong knowledge of gutter installation techniques and tools
- Ability to work at heights and on roofs
- Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50 lbs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Take accurate measurements of the building's roofline to determine the necessary length and number of gutters needed
- Cut gutters to size using specialized tools, such as a metal saw or guillotine cutter
- Install hangers, brackets, and other support structures to ensure that gutters are securely attached to the building
- Pitch gutters correctly to ensure proper water drainage
- Install downspouts and related components
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Follow all company policies and procedures
