About The Position
The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is looking for a reliable, motivated, and experienced Gutter Installer to join their growing team. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of hands-on gutter installation, skilled carpentry, and/or exterior construction experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in their workmanship, understands the importance of excellent customer service, and can work efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and safety. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of gutter installation, skilled carpentry, and/or exterior construction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to safely work from ladders and at various heights
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift construction materials
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous gutter installation experience is strongly preferred
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
Responsibilities
- Install seamless gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, and related gutter systems
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials accurately
- Safely use ladders, hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment
- Perform work on residential and commercial properties
- Complete gutter and fascia repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow all company safety procedures and installation guidelines
- Properly maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
