About The Position
The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is seeking an experienced Gutter Installer to join their team. This is an experienced position, ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with clients and colleagues are essential. We’re looking for someone ready to be groomed for leadership, to join a family, and to grow with an established brand. The company specializes in the repair, installation, and maintenance of seamless gutters, gutter guards, specialty gutters, and more. Requirements
- 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience.
- Positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to interact comfortably with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to be groomed for leadership.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- 2 years of relevant construction/carpentry experience.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in gutter services/installation.
- Passion for gutters.
Responsibilities
- Install seamless gutters, gutter guards, and specialty gutters.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on gutters.
- Interact comfortably with clients and colleagues.
- Be groomed for leadership roles.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Work overtime as needed.
