About The Position

We are launching The Brothers That Just Do Gutters in Northern Illinois, and we’re looking for a Lead Installer who wants more than just another installation job. This is an opportunity to join a new local business at the ground level and play an important role in helping us build the team, culture, and reputation from day one. While our Northern Illinois operation is new, The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is an established national franchise with more than 140 locations across the country and years of proven systems, training, processes, and industry experience behind it. That gives our team a unique opportunity: the excitement and growth potential of joining a new business, backed by the resources and infrastructure of a mature organization. We specialize exclusively in gutters, including seamless gutter installation, repairs, gutter guards, cleanings, and specialty gutter solutions. As one of our first field employees, this Gutter Installer will have the opportunity to take ownership, help establish how our crews operate, mentor future installers, and grow into greater leadership responsibility as we add customers, crews, and territories.
