Requirements

• 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience.
• Positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime and grow with the company.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• 2 years of relevant construction/carpentry experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in gutter services/installation.
• A passion for gutters.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain seamless gutters, gutter guards, and specialty gutters.
• Interact comfortably with clients and colleagues.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Potentially be groomed for leadership roles.
