About The Position
This role involves providing technical assistance and support for firearms and airguns. Responsibilities include handling inbound phone calls, processing orders, responding to emails, writing repair estimates, managing inbound and outbound gun repairs, and performing other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Exceptionally organized
- Proficient in computer use including Microsoft Office Products
- Excellent typing skills
- Great telephone skills
- General knowledge of firearms and/or airguns
Responsibilities
- Field inbound phone calls to help resolve technical questions
- Process small parts orders
- Provide technical assistance via email
- Process website orders
- Write gun repair estimates
- Process inbound guns for repair
- Pack and ship repaired guns
- Other duties as assigned
