As a Repair Tech (Guitar), you will perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in the maintenance of specific store inventory, continually building and increasing the business through great customer experience and quality work. Successful Repair Technicians possess Customer Focus, understanding service principles and providing an excellent customer experience by being approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, encouraging, passionate, and committed to helping customers. They demonstrate Initiative by identifying opportunities and issues, following through on work activities, learning quickly, and taking positive action. They are also skilled in Selling, able to work through the GC certification program to understand products and sales techniques, and in Training, effectively communicating information and techniques for retention.
