Guitar Teacher - Grace Music School, Woodbury
About The Position
Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional guitar instructor to teach part-time at Grace Music School, in Woodbury, NY. This is a short-term leave position from November 2026 to February 2026. The instructor must be available Thursdays from 4 to 8:15pm during this period. While teachers can set their availability within open hours, consistency is appreciated, and preference will be given to candidates with greater availability. Successful candidates will possess a strong music background (degree in music performance, pedagogy, or equivalent experience), a passion for teaching, experience with young musicians, punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. The pay rate is $30-36 per hour, commensurate with experience. Health benefit options and a 401(K) program with employer matching are available for part- and full-time employees after 30 days.
Requirements
