About The Position
Ernie Ball is looking for talented and dedicated individuals with a great work ethic to work in our Sanding Department creating musical instruments. This is a full-time position with a shift from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday.

Nice To Haves
- Basic knowledge of various sanding tools, and hand sanding aids
- Manufacturing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate various sanding tools, and use hand sanding aids and fixtures.
- Sand musical instrument components to prepare them for finishing.
- Sand fixtures, displays, and other items.
- Keep the work area neat and clean.
- Lift and carry various items.
- Perform quality work with efficient timing.
- Perform work in both standing and sitting positions.
- Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by management.
