Requirements

  • Guidewire PolicyCenter BillingCenter and/or ClaimCenter Configuration development experience.
  • Knowledge of PC Insurance domain Policy Claims and Billing applications as per product requirements.
  • Expertise in Guidewire rating architecture and algorithm development.
  • Knowledge of Rating Engine Cost Data DTO based rating.
  • Developing GUnit/JUnit tests for testing business logic.
  • Managing projects, programs, and teams of various sizes.
  • Leading a team of developers and working with both onshore and offshore teams in different time zones.
  • Architecting and creating solution designs and effectively presenting solution architecture with various options and estimates.

  • Guidewire Certifications in PolicyCenter BillingCenter and/or ClaimCenter.

Responsibilities

  • Managing teams and executing Guidewire PolicyCenter BillingCenter and/or ClaimCenter Configuration development experience.
  • Designing, developing, modifying, and deploying software, including object-oriented programming concepts using design standards and best practices.
  • Planning, designing, developing, modifying, testing, debugging, and maintaining GOSU language application code within Guidewire PolicyCenter BillingCenter and/or ClaimCenter.
  • Hands-on experience of GWPC Rating functionality including Ratebooks, Rate Routines, Ratetables, Param Sets, etc.
  • Knowledge of Rating Engine Cost Data DTO based rating.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing issues in rating effectively.
  • Handling the responsibility of organizing code merges and environment management tasks.
  • Performing minor and major Guidewire software upgrades.
  • Developing GUnit/JUnit tests for testing business logic.
  • Managing projects, programs, and teams of various sizes.
  • Leading a team of developers and working with both onshore and offshore teams in different time zones.
  • Architecting and creating solution designs and effectively presenting solution architecture with various options and estimates.
  • Assisting in GOSU code reviews, code cleanups, and helping to perform sprint demos.
