Responsibilities

  • Define target state claims platforms and modernization strategies.
  • Design enterprise integration architectures connecting ClaimCenter with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, Data Platforms, Digital Portals, Document Management Systems, and third-party applications.
  • Establish solution blueprints for claims process automation, workflow optimization, and digital claims capabilities.
  • Support solution estimation, program planning, and delivery governance activities.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure architecture adherence throughout implementation.
  • Lead Guidewire Cloud architecture, migration, and adoption initiatives.
  • Define cloud-native solution patterns and deployment strategies.
  • Drive API-first, event-driven, and microservices-based integration architectures.
  • Support modernization of legacy claims systems and ecosystem applications.
  • Advise on DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, security, and operational excellence practices.
  • Ensure cloud solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide thought leadership on Claims Management transformation within the PC insurance domain.
  • Advise business and technology stakeholders on First Notice of Loss (FNOL), Claims Intake and Triage, Claims Adjudication, Litigation Management, Subrogation and Recoveries, Fraud Detection and Investigation, Claims Settlement and Payments, Catastrophe Claims Management.
  • Align solution architecture with business capabilities, operational objectives, and regulatory requirements.
  • Recommend best practices and industry-leading approaches for claims modernization initiatives.
  • Define integration strategies across Guidewire and enterprise ecosystems.
  • Design scalable API, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
  • Establish data architecture standards supporting reporting, analytics, AI, and operational insights.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with enterprise data and platform teams to develop scalable architecture solutions.
  • Establish architecture governance processes and review mechanisms.
  • Drive adherence to Guidewire implementation best practices and enterprise standards.
  • Lead design reviews, architecture assurance activities, and solution health assessments.
  • Promote reusable frameworks, accelerators, and architecture assets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, business stakeholders, and technology leadership teams.
  • Lead architecture workshops, roadmap discussions, and strategic transformation planning sessions.
  • Collaborate with delivery and executive leadership to address complex business and technology challenges.
  • Mentor solution architects, technical leads, and Guidewire consultants.
  • Contribute to Guidewire practice growth through innovation, capability development, and thought leadership.
  • Develop architecture frameworks, reusable assets, and delivery accelerators.
