Facilitate cross‑functional discussions to define scope, resolve ambiguities, and ensure alignment on Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions. Translate business needs into clear, complete, and traceable requirements using Guidewire‑standard artifacts (BRDs, use cases, user stories, functional specifications). Act as a key liaison between business and technology, validating feasibility within PolicyCenter capabilities and ensuring shared understanding across teams. Develop strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter core concepts to analyze and communicate requirements effectively. Define API‑driven requirements, integration flows, and service contracts for headless PolicyCenter implementations. Collaborate with digital, integration, and middleware teams to align frontend and backend services with business processes. Support solution walkthroughs, backlog refinement, and design reviews to ensure accurate implementation and preservation of business intent.
