About The Position

The Guidance Navigation & Controls Engineer develops guidance, navigation, and control algorithms, models, and simulations for aircraft, missiles, spacecraft, autonomous platforms, or similar vehicles. The position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance and access to federal facilities. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship due to facility security requirements.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• At least 5 years of related work experience.
• Engineering experience with aircraft, missiles, spacecraft, autonomous platforms, or similar vehicles.
• Proficiency with MATLAB and Simulink.
• Proficiency developing GN&C algorithms, models, and simulations.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a non-U.S. equivalent qualification directly related to the work statement.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, including testing for marijuana use.
• Valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire, as required for access to federal facilities.
