In this position, you will leverage your experience with previous spacecraft to lead a small team in the design and analysis of GNC systems for CesiumAstro satellites and payloads. You will be responsible for Guidance, Navigation, and Control throughout all stages of design, integration, test, and operations. This includes performing trade studies, leading design reviews, creating models, and completing simulations and system testing. You will also be involved in building, testing, and flying hardware. As a CesiumAstro spacecraft team member, you will collaborate within a small team to develop and deploy satellites into orbit. The successful candidate will also present engineering design review materials to customers and the executive team, and participate in proposal-writing efforts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
