About The Position

Guidance Navigation & Control Engineer 4 at The Boeing Company gathers, defines, and documents system-level requirements. This role investigates actions necessary for requirements definition and flow-down improvement. The engineer performs and documents the design of Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) systems and guides experienced engineers in these designs. They develop GNC and mathematical tools and techniques, and aid in developing technology roadmaps. The position involves performing or directing test data analysis and documentation. Responsibilities include presenting findings of compliance to regulatory agencies, negotiating the certification basis in alignment with project goals, and conducting simulation and design reviews per FAA, MIL-SPEC, and NASA guidance. This role also involves training and coaching others and working under minimal direction.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
U.S. Citizenship is required for security clearance.

Experience with FAA, MIL-SPEC and NASA guidance.
