About The Position
As a GNC Associate Manager on the Next Generation Interceptor (NGI) program, you will lead a team of 4-6 GN&C engineers toward meeting the mission objectives of the NGI program. Primary areas of responsibility may include, but are not limited to: Responsible for leading a team of 4-6 engineers, Design, testing, and performance evaluation of Navigation, Guidance, and Control algorithms, Implementation of algorithms into Flight Software, Documentation of algorithms, Optimization of algorithm performance for the NGI interceptor system.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of related experience
- GN&C Algorithm, Simulation, & Software Development
- Full Spectrum Leadership including Building Effective Relationships, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Engagement
- Demonstrated Leadership and Good Communication Skills
- Management, Planning, and Technical Leadership
- U.S. Citizen
