About The Position

At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, the housekeeping team plays a vital role in delivering the best rooms experience for our guests. As a full-time Guestroom Attendant, you will be ensuring all guest rooms are clean and up to standard. This role is suited to someone who takes pride in guest experiences, performs well working independently, and is motivated to develop their skills within a luxury hospitality environment. You will be part of a team that balances volume with a strong commitment to quality and consistency.

Requirements

• One+ year experience working in hotel housekeeping is considered an asset
• Strong organization skills and an eye for attention to detail
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs
• Valid work authorization for Canada

Responsibilities

• Clean, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure
• Strip and replace linens
• Performs Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms
• Provides turndown service for guests
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
