About The Position

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Guestroom Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The Guestroom Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms in accordance with Four Seasons standards, ensuring exceptional levels of cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail. This role supports the overall guest experience by delivering thoughtful, personalized Five‑Star and Five‑Diamond service while maintaining all assigned areas to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in Housekeeping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and prepares guest rooms according to established standards by replacing linens and towels, making beds, sanitizing all bedroom, bathroom, living, marble, and tile areas, and removing Room Service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings.
• Restocks guest amenities such as shampoo, lotion, cotton balls, stationery, and pens, and enters and follows up on HotSOS requests for Engineering or In‑Room Dining to ensure all tasks are completed prior to releasing the room.
• Ensures special guest requests, including extra beds, cribs, and allergy‑friendly amenities, are properly set up and provides personalized in‑room touches to elevate the guest experience.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
