Guestroom Attendant
About The Position
The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Guestroom Attendant to join their Housekeeping team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms to exact standards, adhering to the set number of rooms to clean per shift. Your duties will include cleaning, dusting, and sanitizing all areas of the Guest Room, as well as restocking amenities such as shampoo and lotions. A key part of this role involves interacting with guests, making them feel welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of by handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and accommodating any special requests.
Requirements
- Keen eye for detail
- Solid multi-tasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms to exact standards.
- Follow the set number of guest rooms to clean during each shift.
- Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the Guest Room.
- Restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, etc.
- Interact with guests making them feel welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of by handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality.
- Accommodate any special requests.
