About The Position

At FC Parking, we do more than manage parking. We create exceptional first impressions and provide parking, transportation, and guest support services for leading healthcare systems across the United States. As a Guest Service Professional, you'll be the friendly face guests see when they arrive. You'll welcome patients and visitors, provide directions, answer questions, assist with wayfinding, support transportation and parking operations, and help ensure every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive. Every interaction plays an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and compassionate experience for those visiting the hospital.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • 3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience. License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed.
  • No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.
  • No major moving violations within the last 3 years.
  • No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
  • Positive Teamwork Mindset, great communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.
  • Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet the company's motor vehicle eligibility requirements.
  • Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
  • Ability to walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift.
  • Tolerance for inclement weather.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods of time.
  • Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required

  • Identify additional customer service opportunities
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times
  • Perform other related duties required to maintain a compassionate and safe environment for all patients, guests, and medical personnel.
