About The Position

The primary purpose of the Guest Services Supervisor role is to maintain excellent customer service while leading the team effectively. As a role model, you provide direction in a comfortable and respectful manner. In the absence of the Guest Services Manager, you are expected to seamlessly take on full leadership of the department, ensuring continuity and high standards of service. There will be an open and a closer Supervisor Position Available. This description is not intended to be all-inclusive and can be changed or additional duties added as necessary. Requirements

  • Able to work a variety of shifts.
  • Experience in a similar work environment.
  • Leadership skills.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar work environment.
  • 2 years leading and training team members.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in day-to-day duties.
  • Receive and process incoming customer reservations.
  • Greet customers and find out what they want (dates, times, type of rooms, etc.).
  • Attends to guests' needs and requests.
  • All other duties as assigned.
