About The Position

The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for serving as a leader to the Guest Service Team while overseeing the daily operations. The pay rate for this position is $20.00- $22.00 per hour.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of math
  • Must be able to remain calm under pressure
  • Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
  • Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart safely

Nice To Haves

  • Hospitality experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Serving as a leader to the Guest Service Team

  • Maintaining bikes, bike racks, and golf cart inventories
  • Completing daily rounds to ensure a 5-star appearance
  • Supervising all transportation across property
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures
  • Working well with other Team Members, Managers, and interacting with guests
  • Leading Guest Service Team
  • Adhering to Schedule for Guest Service Team
  • Maintaining Uniform Standards & Etiquette Standards
  • Daily Rounds of Property
  • Maintaining Golf Cart & Lexus cleanliness
  • Managing arrival/departure with provided systems
  • Inventory of Activity Supplies
  • Being open/receptive to others needs
  • Developing Guest Service team with daily coaching and counseling
  • Communicating well with the team and other departments
  • Challenging Guest service team with upcoming events and changes
