Provides directions to guests and team members within the hospital system and the Orlando area. This role involves escorting guests to their in-hospital destinations, maintaining knowledge of hospital personnel and departments, and responding to the needs of guests and team members via phone or in person. The position also includes making rounds to identify and meet patient/visitor needs, assisting with transportation and accommodation arrangements for patients and their families, and maintaining excellent working relationships with hospital staff and departments. A caring attitude, sensitivity to customer needs, and a professional image in dress, hygiene, and communication are essential. The role requires regular attendance and compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures. Additionally, responsibilities include attending in-services, completing mandatory education, and pursuing professional growth and development.
