The Guest Services Representative will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients, visitors, and guests upon arrival at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with wayfinding, escorting individuals to their destinations, and helping discharged patients with transportation. The representative will also answer incoming calls, communicate transportation requests, maintain the lobby's neatness and organization, monitor for safety concerns, and assist with special projects and clerical duties as assigned by the Volunteer Coordinator. Additionally, they will direct and utilize volunteers working at the front desk.
