About The Position

The Guest Services Representative will be responsible for greeting patients and guests with a helpful and caring attitude, ensuring safety in the work area and in the loading and unloading of vehicles. This role also involves driving a golf cart as requested and completing all required training in a timely manner. The position adheres to general hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment through effective communication, interpersonal relationships, and team building.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Valid applicable state driver's license with no restrictions required.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Must communicate professionally, be a good listener and be willing to assist anyone.
  • Able to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to drive manual transmission, clean driving record for at least five years.
  • Level I Qualified Spanish Bilingual Staff (QBS) preferred.
  • Mathematical skills preferred.
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound basic math skills for processing payments and deposits.

Responsibilities
