About The Position

Methodist Hospital is seeking a Guest Experience Representative to join our team! Our Guest Experience Representative works cooperatively with all hospital departments and clinics to deliver optimal service to patients, families, and guests with minimal supervision. You will serve as a central point of contact by greeting and assisting all individuals entering the hospital to ensure the finest in hospitality and service is consistently provided from entry to exit. You will act as the primary resource for other hospital staff and perform related duties as assigned. This position enhances Methodists’ customer service image by addressing the broad spectrum of needs, and/or concerns and completes this in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
3 – 5 years of working in public settings as a receptionist, concierge or other guest contact experience required.
Must have strong customer service skills.
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
