About the Role As a Guest Services Representative (GSR), you’re the friendly face and helpful voice that makes each guest feel right at home — from the first “hello” to the final “thank you.” You’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring our guests’ stays are smooth, warm, and worry-free. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Customer service experience preferred — hospitality experience is a plus!
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Adaptable to change and eager to learn
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests with a genuine smile and managing check-in/check-out efficiently
- Anticipating needs and resolving guest questions or issues quickly and professionally
- Communicating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless service
- Handling calls, messages, and emails with positivity and care
- Keeping accurate records, shift checklists, and reports
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
