About The Position

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment (healthcare or hospitality preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with local activities and surrounding points of interest
Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals
Self-starter with excellent attendance and reliability
Ability to assist individuals with limited mobility (e.g., wheelchairs, oxygen tanks, luggage)
Positive, outgoing personality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptable in a dynamic, changing environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Basic typing/keyboard skills and familiarity with standard office equipment

Nice To Haves

Some college strongly preferred, with a focus in Hospitality or Hotel Services

Responsibilities

Consistently demonstrates high standards of patient care when at the Guest Quarters or Hospital Concierge Desk.
Exhibits a warm, professional, and genuine welcome to our guests with eye contact and a smile, ensuring all questions and/or concerns are addressed with the highest level of customer service.
Works closely with, but not limited to, the Travel and Accommodations, Transportation, Security, Registration, and Financial Counselors departments.
