Responsibilities

• Man the front desk and greet each guest enthusiastically.
• Speak with guests over the phone to make or adjust reservations.
• Chat with people as they're checking out or coming down for breakfast.
• Welcome guests as they're checking in.
• Run reports to make sure that all billing is accurate.
