Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting late-night arrivals and early-morning departures
- Providing exceptional service and responding to guest requests with professionalism and care
- Handling guest concerns and helping create a seamless stay experience
- Completing nightly audit procedures and balancing daily financial transactions
- Preparing reports and ensuring operational accuracy for the next business day
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the night
